Margin

Margins ,  The placement of these paintings in the exhibition's corners, typically an unconventional choice for displaying paintings , is intentional. It reflects the marginalization of the excavations in Silwan, a subject often overlooked by the media. My journey began with childhood memories, meticulously documenting events and images etched in my mind. I also engaged in conversations with family members who had witnessed these events. Upon investigating newspaper and media archives, I discovered only a scant number of sources—limited to just two—that covered these incidents. With this paucity of external information, I chose to rely heavily on my personal recollections to craft these artworks. Additionally, I visited the school's website to meticulously document the process behind creating these paintings.
